P\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 nov\u00e9 po\u017eadavky vlastn\u00edk\u016f v r\u00e1mci t\u00e9to etapy zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed op\u011btovn\u00e9 p\u0159epracov\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1vrhu (z tohoto d\u016fvodu v\u017edy na \u00favod pozemkov\u00e9 \u00fapravy \u017e\u00e1d\u00e1me vlastn\u00edky, aby v maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159e vyu\u017eili p\u0159edchoz\u00ed projedn\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1rok\u016f a p\u0159i n\u011bm svoje po\u017eadavky projektant\u016fm sd\u011blili).<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdsledn\u00e9 uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed mus\u00ed respektovat zejm\u00e9na dodr\u017een\u00ed krit\u00e9ri\u00ed u pozemk\u016f jednoho vlastn\u00edka. Souhrnn\u00e1 v\u00fdm\u011bra se nesm\u00ed li\u0161it oproti p\u016fvodn\u00edmu stavu o v\u00edce jako 10%, cena o 4% a vzd\u00e1lenost o 20%. P\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed t\u011bchto krit\u00e9ri\u00ed je mo\u017en\u00e9 pouze se souhlasem p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9ho vlastn\u00edka. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed ceny ve prosp\u011bch vlastn\u00edka je vy\u010d\u00edslen doplatek ceny nad z\u00e1konn\u00e1 kriteria, kter\u00fd mus\u00ed vlastn\u00edk n\u00e1sledn\u011b doplatit pozemkov\u00e9mu \u00fa\u0159adu (samoz\u0159ejm\u011b pouze pokud s takov\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm souhlas\u00ed).<\/p>\n<p>Velkou komplikac\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt i velk\u00fd \u201epohyb vlastnictv\u00ed\u201c v z\u00e1jmov\u00e9m \u00fazem\u00ed, kdy p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9 subjekty hromadn\u011b nakupuj\u00ed pozemky a po\u017eaduj\u00ed jejich scelen\u00ed. V prvotn\u00ed f\u00e1zi pozemkov\u00e9 \u00fapravy neb\u00fdv\u00e1 probl\u00e9m po\u017eadavky zapracovat, t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 je to v\u0161ak ji\u017e po dokon\u010den\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b neodsouhlasen\u00e9ho n\u00e1vrhu nov\u00e9ho uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed pozemk\u016f.
